I added my child as a participant, now what?
A:
Request donations by sharing your personal link with friends and family (link is sent to you via email), have your student read daily, track their minutes read via the online tracker. Your child will earn prizes based on the dollar amount raised.

I forgot to log my students minutes, now what?
A:
You can enter your students minutes read at any time up until 1/28/2026. We ask that you enter before 10pm each day, as top readers will be recognized at school the next day.

I don't have a student at the Hansen but would like to support the fundraiser, how can I do so?

You can donate via our main fundraising page HERE
Q
I don't want to use the website to donate, is there another option?
A:
Absolutely! You can send cash or check with your student to school. Make checks payable to Helen H. Hansen Elementary School PTO. Please place the cash or check in an envelope labeled with your student’s name, grade, teacher, and the enclosed dollar amount. The PTO will document this manually so that your student receives credit.

Who does the TIP go to on the 99pledges website?
A:
99Pledges is free to all organizations thanks to optional donor tips. They rely on donors’ generosity to help them run their platform, but the choice to leave a tip is up to the individual. They’ll never charge a donor without their consent.

Am I required to pay the tip? How do I skip this?
A:
No, To waive the tip, select “Other” and leave the dollar amount blank or enter "0".
